My name is Jaime and I hope my posts will encourage and intrigue you!  I am a Christian girl who is passionate about the Bible and the Creation story.  I am also a former science teacher so I am no dummy when it comes to all the theories about the beginning of time.  I hope this site will encourage you if you are a believer in Christ struggling to combine the Bible with what the "world of science" teaches.  I also hope this site will pique your curiosity if you are NOT a believer in Christ.  Either way, I encourage interest and questions!

You will notice my "FEATURED" post is my INTRODUCTION.  All other posts are numbered ENTRY 1, ENTRY 2, etc.  This website is static, but I do also have an ever-changing blog at thecompassforlife.blogspot.com.  There, I will dribble on about other important topics related to the Bible, Creation, and other Biblical topics!

Both my website and blog are named THE COMPASS for good reason.  A compass gives you direction and shows you where to go.  In my opinion, this is the Bible's job as well.  Whenever you are confused and can't seem to find your way, the Bible is there to help you when you are lost.  It has been giving people direction for years.  I hope it will give you direction as well!
